Below are some commonly asked questions from prospective insurance agencies about BizAssure's services, and its relationship with the member agency and their policy holders.

"Is this a franchise? A PEO? Do I have to change my agency name or give up my independence?"
No, we are not a franchise or a PEO. Independent Agents who become members of BizAssure remain independent and no name changes are involved.
"Why should I join BizAssure?"
Are you seeking to differentiate yourself from the competition? Would you like to increase your profits, agency value, and business enjoyment? Then you should consider joining BizAssure.
"What are the costs involved in joining BizAssure?"
The cost to join is surprisingly small. Also, the cost is always way more than offset by the increased business you’ll write and retain. Our members wouldn’t stay with us year after year if this weren’t so. BizAssure isn’t a typical agency expense, it’s an investment in your future profitability and agency value!
"What are the benefits of being a BizAssure Member Agency?"
There are numerous benefits, but we think the major benefit is differentiation. We believe that in today’s business environment, Independent Insurance Agents need to differentiate themselves from the competition. BizAssure helps you uniquely position yourself by bringing value to your clients and prospects your competition simply can’t match. Our members experience success in obtaining mid-term Broker of Record letters, increased new business hit ratios, and increased renewal retention ratios.
"How many BizAssure Member Agencies are there?"
We are very selective in who we appoint as members - this is definitely not a situation where just any agency can become a member. The number of memberships are limited geographically, and we agree to this contractually with our members.
"Does BizAssure somehow replace my position with my clients?"
Absolutely not! We enhance your position with your clients. As former Independent Insurance Agents ourselves, we are big believers in the Independent Agency system, and are supporters of Independent Insurance agents. When you become a member of BizAssure, you make BizAssure’s consulting services and underwriting programs available to your clients, and we always give you the credit for doing so.
"What are the qualifications of your consultants?"
We carefully screen and select our consultant partners. In fact, most of our consultant partners have worked with us for years, and are top notch. As an example, most of our Labor Legal consultations are handled by Littler-Mendelson, the largest employer labor law firm in the United States.
"How would my clients use this service?"
It’s really quite simple. Once you become a member, we recommend you make an announcement to all your clients describing this new service that you’ve made available to them (they’ll love you for this!). Then whenever they have Labor Legal, H.R., etc. questions they simply call our 800 #, and we take it from there. We keep you in the loop every step of the way, but you don’t get embroiled in making and returning phone calls, etc.
"How can I apply to become a BizAssure Member Agency?"
