What do members say?
Well, BizAssure has just been a lifesaver to us. I became the director in 2006 and with that came a lot of different concerns that I had. With having 35 employees, you’re going to have some problems. We’ve had some problems with when is the right time to terminate an employee, what are the OSHA laws that we have to follow, and I believe BizAssure has saved us thousands and thousands of dollars.
A lot of times you will receive information from the state or the federal government, but to then have to implement that into your handbook can be kind of daunting. To have an attorney that can do that for me is just an incredible weight off of my shoulders to know that we will be compliant completely with our handbook moving forward.
